Google Analytics is my preferred web statistics / tracking program of choice. Yes, she's free, which is never bad, but the integration with Adwords and depth of analysis provided by this system makes her worth her weight in gold.

They bought this system from Urchin which used to charge hundreds of dollars a month for their service (and didn't offer then what Google Analytics offers now).
